Refund Policy

Because therapy and psychological assessment services involve time reserved specifically for you, I do not offer refunds for completed sessions, evaluations, or missed appointments.

Please review the details below:

1. Therapy Sessions

• All therapy sessions (including intake appointments) are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

• If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, the full session fee is charged, as insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.

2. Psychological Testing & Assessment

• Fees for psychological assessments are non-refundable once testing has begun or services have been rendered (e.g., interview, test administration, scoring, interpretation, or report writing).

• Assessment deposits or retainer fees are also non-refundable once scheduling or preparation has occurred.

3. Prepaid Services

If you choose to prepay for therapy or assessment services:

• Payments are non-refundable, but future appointments may be rescheduled according to availability and the 24-hour cancellation policy.

4. Insurance Payments

Insurance payments (copays, coinsurance, or deductible amounts):

• Are not refundable once a session has occurred.

• If your insurance reprocesses or denies a claim, you are responsible for the remaining balance.

5. Digital Materials

Any resources or materials provided as part of treatment or assessment are not eligible for refund or return.
